About the Role

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Call center agent
• Answer customer inquiries about opening hours, parties etc.
• help customers with complaints and questions
• Direct customers to come and visit the place
• Update customer records in CRM system
• Daily report on customer interaction and leads
• Tele sales (birthday reminders, school visits)


Social media:
• Answering comments and DM on social media, WhatsApp

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Any – preferably pervious customer service experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

Able to learn CRM systems

Computer Skills

Communication Skills

Arabic and English Languages

Sales Skills

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Shifts working hours (10 am to 10 pm)

• Able to work weekends and holidays (when required)
